How to Book
ALL schools must pre-book their visit to The Long Mynd or Wenlock Edge whether or not teaching services are required.
Either complete the online booking form (Microsoft Word format) and return it as an email attachment to the Education Officer (chris.stratton@nationaltrust.org.uk), or print the form and post it.
Alternatively, contact us and we will post/fax you a booking form.
When received by us we shall issue a confirmation note, which includes your free parking pass if you use our teaching services (and contains preparation and follow-up notes for assistance). We shall also issue a safety information sheet containing guidelines. Schools who have National Trust Education Group Membership may park for free and receive reduced fees for teaching services. Please ask for an application form (telephone 01694 724536). It is advisable to also telephone to ensure a free provisional date for your visit. For led services we require a minimum booking of 20 students.
Your school will be invoiced for education services or booking/parking fees after the visit, the quoted prices will have V.A.T. added. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if we are informed with less than seven days' notice.
Booking forms must be returned for a confirmation of booking 2 weeks prior to visit.
